Robb Czyzewski.

Robb Czyzewski serves MMI as Chief Operating Officer, overseeing all operational departments, including all counseling, education, and training teams, with a focus on leveraging technology to provide effective, efficient, high-quality services to our clients.

Robb joined MMI in 2023. He has over 25 years of experience across a diverse set of roles in operations, IT, finance, marketing, sales, and more, and has successfully helped grow teams and businesses from small startups to public companies.

Prior to joining MMI, Robb was the COO of Consumer Education Services Inc. (CESI), a national credit counseling agency based in North Carolina. Throughout his career, Robb has played a critical role in providing excellent and impactful client care through his leadership of project management and account services teams.

Robb graduated from Drew University with a BA in Economics and a minor in business management. He has completed numerous leadership courses at the Bell Leadership Institute and has implemented several business “operating systems” such as Rockefeller Habits, EOS, and Rhythm Systems.

Robb lives in a solar-powered house in Pittsboro, North Carolina with his wife, two children, and three dogs. In his personal time, he enjoys classic cars, beach volleyball, and watching his kids’ soccer teams.
