Tom De Poy

Tom De Poy joined MMI in 2021. In his role as Senior Vice President of Industry Relations, Tom leverages his 35 years of experience and long-established relationships in the financial services sector to help MMI develop and grow life-changing, nonprofit programs. With experience in collections, customer care, and institutional support, he has a deep and unique understanding of all facets of the consumer financial journey.

Prior to joining MMI, Tom served as the President of Valor Global BPO, leading a workforce of over 3,000. He received his degree in Business Administration from Western Michigan University in Kalamazoo.

A college baseball player and avid musician, Tom lives in Arizona with his wife and four children. He enjoys serving his local community through church outreach and playing gigs around the state with his classic rock band.
